Biography

Architect, planner, and urban designer Alfreda Radzicki is a Principal and FXFOWLE’s Director of Pre-Design Services. Alfreda’s creativity and organizational ability has been invaluable in the management of a wide variety of projects ranging from comprehensive architectural services and development proposals to master planning, campus planning, environmental impact statements and detailed facilities programming for educational, justice, and health institutions.

Alfreda received a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, and a Master of Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University. Her career as an urban designer began at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Midtown Planning and Development. She is active in civic organizations, recently on the Board of Directors for AIANYS and a member of New York AIA, where she co-chaired the Planning and Urban Design Committee. Alfreda received the 2011 President’s Award from the AIANYS. She is a member of the APA Metro Chapter Zoning Committee, and was active in New York New Visions. She has been a guest lecturer at Pratt Institute, Columbia University and New York University Real Estate Institute. She is a registered architect in New York and LEED Accredited by the US Green Building Council.
