Biography

Early Life and Education

After receiving B.S. Architecture and M.S.C.E. degrees from the University of Nebraska, Erleen Hatfield embarked on a career with a focus on the implementation of advanced structural solutions informed by her architectural training and technology.

Career in Architecture

Hatfield has over 20 years of experience in the structural design, analysis and review of a wide range of building types including sports facilities, high rise, and educational buildings. Her expertise in steel and concrete structures is reflected in her varied portfolio which also shows her commitment to the integration of new technology.

Hatfield is actively involved in the advancement of 3D and BIM in the architectural and engineering industry and has extensive experience on multiple software platforms. She is a registered architect in New York, a registered professional engineer in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Texas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma, and a LEED accredited professional.
